Description

Chroma is an immersive color experience that showcases artist and designer created installations. Chroma participants will use one of the 7 spectral colors as inspiration to create a color-filled environment at MMoCA.

Chroma installations can be functional - living, dining, sleeping, and work spaces – or something completely conceptual, interactive and otherworldly. The installations will be on view Friday, April 17, 2020 during the Chroma event from 8:00pm – 12 midnight. This showcase will be a celebration of all of the ways that artists, designers and everyday people use color creatively. In addition to the installations, Chroma guests will engage with color throughout the spaces of the museum with dance performances, DJs on different levels, live body painting, hands-on art projects, themed cocktails, food, and more.
