The Advocacy Committee of the Wisconsin Chapter of ASID is a strategic group of member volunteers that act to bring about change, bring attention and respond to issues concerning interior design and designers, ensure professional equity, and bring voice and agency in the public realm to Wisconsin interior designers.
The committee provides public education by sharing design research, hosting educational conferences and events, and utilizing social media to highlight relevant information. The committee members advocate directly with state legislators and build relationships with key stakeholders to keep interior design issues and concerns in the legislative forefront.
